Role Description The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees the accounts receivable function, including monitoring outstanding invoices, ensuring timely collections, and resolving discrepancies with clients or internal teams.

Responsibilities include supervising a team of AR specialists, reviewing account reconciliations, guiding the handling of disputes, and maintaining accurate records for reporting and audits. The supervisor will collaborate with finance and accounting teams to improve processes, track key metrics, and support cash flow management.



The role also involves implementing best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing regular updates to leadership on receivables performance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting to oversee accounts receivable operations and support financial reporting.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive improvements in collection strategies.
- Experience in Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Background in Auditing or internal controls to maintain compliance and support periodic reviews of receivable processes.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable supervision or team leadership in a finance environment.
- Proficiency with ERP or accounting software and strong MS Excel skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
