Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Accounts Receivable Caller to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. The candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts receivable, following up with insurance companies on claim status, and ensuring timely resolution of unpaid, denied, and rejected claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct insurance follow-ups on outstanding claims through calls and online payer portals.
- Check claim status and identify reasons for pending, denied, or rejected claims.
- Follow up with insurance companies to resolve payment-related issues and outstanding claims.
- Analyze AR aging reports and prioritize accounts for timely follow-up.
- Identify denial reasons and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
- Handle payer follow-ups related to underpayments, non-payments, and claim discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation of all follow-up activities and claim status.




- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned accounts in accordance with productivity and quality targets.
- Escalate unresolved claims and complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow company policies, client-specific requirements, and process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- 1 - 3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling
- Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance processes and the claim lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in handling denials, claim status, AR aging, and insurance follow-ups.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet defined productivity and quality targets.
- Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts.
