We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounts payable activities. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and experience with accounting/ERP software.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and verify vendor invoices, bills, and payment requests.
- Perform 2-way/3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
- Maintain accurate vendor accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payment schedules and coordinate with vendors regarding outstanding balances.
- Maintain proper documentation.
- Handle employee/vendor expense claims and reimbursements where applicable.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor reconciliation, and invoice processing.
- Experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or other ERP/accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and vendor-management skills.
