Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of our hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Verify and process vendor invoices and payments.
- Maintain purchase bills, expense records, and supporting documents.
- Monitor petty cash and daily cash transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, expense reports, and MIS reports for management.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up where required.
- Assist with payroll-related data and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure proper accounting entries and documentation in Tally/ERP.
- Coordinate with the CA/auditors for GST,



TDS, statutory compliance, and audits.
- Support management with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience in hospitality or restaurant accounting.
- Knowledge of food cost, inventory reconciliation, and POS sales reconciliation.
