We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead accounting, project costing, statutory compliance, banking, MIS and financial controls for our construction & infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete accounts and project-wise costing.
- Handle GST, TDS, EPF, ESI and statutory compliance.
- Manage billing, receivables, payables and subcontractor accounts.
- Monitor cash flow, banking, BGs, loans and working capital.
- Prepare project-wise MIS, profitability and budget reports.
- Coordinate audits, taxation and financial finalisation.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and site accountants.
- Maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes.

Skills Required:

- TallyPrime – Mandatory
- Advanced MS Excel & MIS
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS and construction accounting
- Experience with multi-project / multi-site operations




- Good leadership, analytical and communication skills

Education: Essential) B.Com / M.Com from a recognised university

Education (Preferred) CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) / MBA — Finance, or a qualified CA / CMA

Experience (Essential) 10 to 12 years in accounts, of which at least 5 years must be in a construction,

civil contracting, infrastructure or real estate company

Experience (Preferred) Exposure to multi-project, multi-site operations with independent handling of statutory audit and banking relationships

Age Typically 35 to 45 years
