We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's financial and accounting operations across multiple states in India. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, payroll coordination, expense management, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and forecasting future financial requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with management to support strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage overall financial and accounting activities of the company across multiple locations/states in India.
- Prepare and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.
- Track actual expenses against approved budgets and identify significant variances.
- Manage and monitor payroll-related financial activities, including salary processing, statutory deductions, and payroll reconciliation.
- Monitor all company operational and administrative expenses and ensure proper approvals and documentation.
- Prepare regular cash-flow statements, financial reports, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Forecast upcoming budgets, expenses, cash requirements, and operational costs.
- Provide management with financial insights and recommendations for cost control and optimization.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, inter-company transactions, and other financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, statutory authorities, and other financial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory financial requirements.
- Review financial transactions and ensure appropriate accounting treatment and supporting documentation.




- Establish and maintain appropriate internal financial controls to minimize financial risks.
- Monitor financial performance across different branches/projects and highlight deviations to management.
- Assist management in financial planning for new projects, expansion plans, and major expenditures.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
- Support the preparation of year-end financial statements and audit requirements.

Required Qualification
- CA Inter / CA Intermediate – Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Required Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
- Experience handling finance/accounts for companies operating across multiple locations or states is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in budgeting, payroll, expense management, financial forecasting, and MIS reporting is essential.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices and statutory requirements.
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / Accounting software.
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with payroll and HRMS systems will be an advantage.
