Role Description The Accounts Executive Trainee will support day-to-day accounting, payroll processing, and tax preparation activities for offshore clients. This full-time role is on-site and based in Ambala, where the trainee will assist in maintaining ledgers, preparing financial records, and updating client information in various accounting software systems.





Responsibilities include compiling and reviewing documentation, helping prepare tax returns, reconciling accounts, and ensuring data is entered accurately and on time. The trainee will collaborate with senior team members, follow standardized processes, and learn to apply relevant accounting and tax regulations in a structured training environment.

Qualifications

- Freshers with a Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting concepts.
- Willingness to learn accounting & tax processes and software.
- Good numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Local candidates from Ambala preferred.
