Key Responsibilities & Daily Workflow
- Voucher Entry: Inputting daily financial transactions including cash vouchers, bank vouchers, journal entries, and petty cash logs.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generating customer invoices, recording vendor purchase bills, and flagging price discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Input: Updating records of payments made to suppliers and tracking incoming payments from clients.
- Data Verification: Cross-checking system entries against physical receipts, bank statements, purchase orders
- Document Archiving: Digitalizing and scanning physical bills, tax papers, and payment proofs into organized folders.
