Job Title: Billing Executive / Accounting Agent Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Distribution Location: On-site Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a detailed, fast, and accurate Billing Executive / Accounting Agent to handle day-to-day billing, invoice generation, and account entries for our FMCG distribution business. You will be responsible for processing daily customer orders, managing retail counter invoices, verifying stock availability, and maintaining accurate ledger records using BUSY and Tally accounting software.

Key Responsibilities Invoice &

• Order Processing: Generate daily sales invoices, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes using BUSY or Tally based on incoming orders from field sales executives and retail counters.

Software Management: Perform data entry, stock updates, ledger creation, and payment entries in both BUSY Accounting Software and Tally ERP/Prime.

Inventory Reconciliation: Track daily stock inward/outward registers, verify batch-wise inventory (mfg/exp dates), and match physical stock against software records. Cash &

- Outstanding Follow-ups: Record daily cash/UPI collections from sales routes,



balance daily cash drawer accounts, and track outstanding retail receivables. GST &
- Compliance Basics: Ensure proper tax slab applications (CGST, SGST, IGST) on FMCG goods, print GST-compliant e-way bills, and support month-end sales reconciliation.

Qualifications &

Skills Software Expertise: Hands-on experience operating BUSY Accounting Software and Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) is mandatory.

Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of billing experience in FMCG distribution, wholesale trading, or retail distribution setups. Speed &

- Accuracy: High-speed typing and quick numerical entry skills for processing high volumes of daily invoices without errors.

Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s degree (B.Com preferred).

Key Traits: Positive understanding of FMCG margin calculations, trade discounts, schemes, and basic GST rules.
