Sequoia Print is looking for a fresher or someone at the beginning of their career to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is strong with numbers, comfortable with accounts, organised with records, and interested in learning how costing and quotations work in the printing and packaging industry.
What you will work on
- Preparing quotations and maintaining costing records
- Working with estimation and costing software
- Maintaining stock and inventory records
- Keeping purchase, consumption and related records updated
- Checking, tallying and reconciling records regularly
- Supporting day-to-day accounts and documentation
- Learning industry-specific costing for printing and packaging
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, calculations, sorting, filtering and structured record keeping
- Understanding of costing and financial calculations
- Knowledge of purchase, sales, invoices and expense records
- Ability to maintain and reconcile stock and inventory records
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable learning and working with accounting and costing software
- Educational background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Tally
- Exposure to inventory or stock accounting
- Understanding of cost sheets and quotation preparation
- Internship or work experience in accounts, costing or a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ERP, MIS or estimation software
- Exposure to the printing or packaging industry
- Knowledge of Indus Analytics is an advantage
What We’re Looking For You do not need prior printing or packaging experience. We are happy to train the right person.

Employment The position will begin with a 3-month probation period , with the opportunity to move into a permanent full-time role based on performance.
