SNV & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in auditing and possess strong communication skills. This role requires interaction with department heads and staff to discuss various accounting, audit findings and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct monthly internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations.
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
- Interact with department heads and staff to discuss audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly audit reports to executive staff.
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.




- Identify areas of risk and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly MIS reports for corporate clients.
- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in auditing.
- Robust understanding of auditing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with department heads, staff, and executive management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to Adapt to AI technology

Knowledge of MIS reporting is an advantage. Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
