Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to be based at our Head Office, responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial planning, budgeting, project costing, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations — ledgers, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and book closures
- Manage overall financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Oversee project-wise costing and financial tracking for ongoing construction projects
- Monitor bank guarantees, working capital limits, and coordination with financial institutions
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, and filing of returns
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and project profitability analysis
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors for financial and accounts matters
- Support tender costing and financial evaluations
- Manage insurance, WC policies,



and claims related to projects
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate bookkeeping
- Handle payables, receivables, and vendor payment processing

Requirements:

- CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounts and finance, with prior experience in the construction/real estate/infrastructure industry (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, project costing, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and leadership skills

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
