Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
- Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Monitor cash flow, expenses and cost control
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, GAAP/IFRS
- Coordinate GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance
- Manage internal and external audit processes
- Prepare financial analysis and management reports
- Supervise, train and evaluate the accounting team
- Improve finance processes, controls and reporting systems

What Were Looking For

7+ years of progressive accounting & finance experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Experience with SAP and Advanced MS Excel

Robust understanding of taxation, audit and statutory compliance

Excellent leadership and team-management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy
