As a growing fashion business, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of our financial processes and contribute to data-driven business decision-making.

Role Description We are looking for a person to take ownership of key financial processes at SUBO.

You will work closely with the founders and internal teams to maintain financial discipline, manage accounts, analyze business performance, and build reports that help the business make better financial and commercial decisions. A strong foundation in accounting and finance is essential for this position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
- Support GST, taxation, and coordination with the CA.
- Prepare and maintain monthly P&L; statements and financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Maintain and analyse product-level costing and margins.
- Assist in pricing decisions based on costs, margins, and business performance.
- Track inventory financially and identify discrepancies or financial impact.
- Prepare regular MIS and management reports.
- Analyse sales, expenses, margins, and other key financial metrics.
- Maintain accurate financial data in Excel/Google Sheets.




- Support the founders with financial analysis and business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and control costs.

Required Qualifications Please apply only if you have prior exposure to accounting or finance through one or more of the following:

- Accounting/finance internship
- Articleship or relevant accounting experience
- CA/CMA qualification or ongoing training
- Degree/diploma in Accounting or a related field with relevant practical exposure

- Interest in understanding the financial and commercial side of a fashion/e-commerce business

Compensation & Location Salary: ₹17,000–₹20,000 per month

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Work Mode: On-site
