Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activiti es Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactio ns* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivab le* Prepare monthly financial statements and repor ts* Manage invoices, expenses, and vendor paymen ts* Maintain accurate records for real estate transactio ns* Assist with GST/HST and other Canadian tax-related requiremen ts* Coordinate with accountants and management when requir ed* Ensure books are accurate, organized, and up to da te
