Accounting Analyst – FresherAbout the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Analyst to join our growing finance team. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build their career in Accounting & Finance .

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, good analytical and Excel skills, and a willingness to learn. The candidate will support the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities .
- Support General Ledger (GL) maintenance and financial record keeping.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Prepare and record journal entries under supervision.
- Assist with bank and balance sheet reconciliations .
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports .
- Support fixed asset accounting and related records .
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis .
- Support internal and external audit requirements .
- Identify discrepancies in financial records and assist in resolving them.
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field .
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles .
- Basic knowledge of GL, AP, AR, journal entries, and reconciliations .
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
- Robust numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS is preferred.
- Internship or academic project experience in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
- Exposure to international accounting operations will be an advantage.
- Experience or academic exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or product-based businesses is a plus.
