Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, inventory, stock movement, manufacturing-related entries, and reconciliation. The candidate must have hands-on experience with BOM, Manufacturing Journal, Tally, and Advanced Excel.

Candidates from Herbs, Spices, Ayurvedic, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food Processing, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Handle Manufacturing Journal and production-related entries in Tally.
- Maintain records of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Track and manage material inward and outward.
- Prepare and maintain Delivery Challans.
- Handle Sales and Purchase entries and related documentation.
- Process and maintain Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
- Generate and maintain Batch-wise Stock and Inventory Reports.
- Prepare and manage E-Way Bills.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory consumption and material utilization against BOM.
- Maintain accurate inventory valuation and stock records.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices,



challans, GRNs, purchase records, and stock movement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure all accounting and inventory transactions are accurately recorded in Tally.
- Use Advanced Excel for reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and inventory tracking.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Good knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Experience with Manufacturing Journal entries.
- Solid understanding of Inventory and Stock Management.
- Knowledge of Material Inward and Outward processes.
- Experience with Sales, Purchase, Delivery Challan, Credit Note, and Debit Note.
- Knowledge of Batch-wise Inventory Management.
- Experience in preparing E-Way Bills.
- Strong knowledge of Stock Reconciliation and Inventory Reporting.
- Excellent command of Advanced Excel, including:

- Pivot Tables

- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

- Excel formulas

- Data analysis

- MIS reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Herbs, Spices, Ayurvedic, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food Processing, or Manufacturing industry.
- Ability to manage both Accounts and Inventory operations.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good coordination and documentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
