About Travel Luxis

Travel Luxis is a growing travel company with operations across multiple markets. We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, reconciliations, and operational finance activities.

Candidates with experience in a Travel Agency, DMC, Tour Operator, or Travel Company will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables, payables, expenses, and payments.
- Manage vendor and client accounts and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate with relevant teams for collections.
- Verify invoices, bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Maintain records of travel bookings, supplier payments, and client collections.
- Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams regarding financial transactions.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
- Prepare accounting and financial reports as required by management.





Travel Industry Experience Preferred Candidates should ideally have experience with:
- Travel agencies, DMCs, or tour operators
- Hotel and supplier payments
- Client billing and collections
- Travel booking-related transactions
- Vendor reconciliation
- Foreign currency transactions
- GST and basic taxation requirements
- Travel industry accounting software or ERP systems

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the travel industry.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
- Responsible, organized, and reliable approach to work.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
