Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Accountant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate must possess strong accounting fundamentals and be proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation activities.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and related compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Process vendor payments and monitor outstanding balances.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments as required.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Robust knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and compliance.
- Clear understanding of accounting principles and basic accounting concepts.
- Skilled working experience in:
- Tally
- Zoho Books
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
- Ability to handle accounting activities independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
