Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Bhagwanpur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including posting entries, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, assisting with budgeting, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors as needed.



The Accountant is expected to maintain accurate records, support process improvements, and contribute to the financial stability of the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in numerical work, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate or industrial accounting, preferably within diversified or multi-sector organizations.
- Understanding of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic audit procedures.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidential financial information.
