Role OverviewSkinska Naturals is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and support the organization's overall financial management.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing accounting activities, financial reporting, compliance, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting, while supporting audits and improving financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain general ledgers and oversee accounting transactions.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly and periodic financial statements and MIS reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Monitor expenses and financial performance against budgets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS and taxation requirements.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.
- Coordinate and provide required documentation for internal and statutory audits.
- Manage vendor payments, invoices and related financial documentation.




- Analyze financial data and provide relevant reports and insights to management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and respond to finance-related queries.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and general ledger management.
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation and cash-flow management.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally/Tally Prime, ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Solid analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, healthcare or other product-based businesses will be an added advantage.
- CA, CMA, ACCA or other relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
