Accountant – Gharabadi Realty Private Limited

Position: Accountant

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle cash, bank, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain sales and purchase records related to real estate transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and basic ledger maintenance.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Maintain employee salary and expense records.
- Coordinate with management regarding financial and accounting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting data.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant.




- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information responsibly.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
