We are looking for an experienced Head Accountant to independently manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations. Candidates with experience in Government Tenders, Manufacturing of Rice, Pulses businesses will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting and bookkeeping in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, journals and ledgers.
- Prepare BRS, Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
- Manage receivables, payables, vendor/customer reconciliation and outstanding payments.
- Handle GST, TDS and statutory accounting requirements.
- Manage tender/project-related accounts including billing, EMD, Security Deposit, Performance Guarantee, Retention, deductions and government payments.
- Maintain project-wise/tender-wise financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, clients and government departments.
- Monitor cash flow and provide accurate financial information to management.





Required Skills
- Solid practical knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping.
- Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Strong MS Excel skills formulas and data management.
- Good knowledge of GST & TDS.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of accounts.

Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Government tender/contracting experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with only basic data-entry/billing experience are not eligible.
- Candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented and trustworthy.

We are looking for a candidate who can independently handle the company’s complete accounting function, not just a Tally operator. Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
