Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bandiyod, Kasaragod . The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, handling invoices and payments, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Maintain general ledger and financial records.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting compliance.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
- Support monthly and annual account closing.




- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience .
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel .
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax regulations.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or export-oriented company will be an advantage.
