Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Lucknow. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.

The role involves assisting with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and preparation of financial statements and management reports. The Accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations,



and statutory requirements, and support internal and external audits. The role also includes coordinating with project and operations teams to track project costs, support financial planning for solar installations, and contribute to process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting fundamentals, including general ledger management, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance relevant to EPC and solar projects.
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial planning for projects or operations.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in financial records, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or pursuing) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the energy, infrastructure, or EPC sector is beneficial, along with an interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
