Role Description The Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot, Gujarat. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales, purchases, and inventory-related entries. The Accountant will prepare and review invoices, reconcile bank statements, track receivables and payables, and support monthly and annual closing activities.

Responsibilities also include handling GST and other statutory compliances, assisting with audits, generating financial reports,



and providing data to management for budgeting and cost analysis. The role requires close coordination with the operations and sales teams to ensure timely billing, payment follow-up, and clear financial communication.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage core accounting activities, including general ledger entries, bookkeeping, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Experience with financial reporting, preparation of balance sheets and profit & loss statements, and support for budgeting and cost monitoring.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, along with familiarity with audit processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Miracle or similar tools), MS Excel, and basic ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain organized financial records in a manufacturing or trading environment.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and for presenting financial information clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks independently and responsibly.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in manufacturing or packaging is an advantage.
