About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, good numerical and analytical skills, and practical experience with accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update books of accounts and financial records.
- Record daily transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders when required.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Identify discrepancies in financial transactions and resolve them promptly.
- Assist management with financial data and accounting-related analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income-tax compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
