About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment records, receipts, and vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper financial records.
- Maintain ledgers and assist with monthly closing activities.
- Track expenses, payments, and outstanding receivables.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding accounts-related matters.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support the management and finance team with accounting-related tasks.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally / Tally Prime is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
