Job Title: Accounts & Inventory Executive

Role Summary

Manage day-to-day accounting and inventory operations for a rooftop solar EPC company.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP — sales, purchase, and journal entries
- Handle GST and TDS compliance, filing, and reconciliation
- Manage vendor and customer ledgers, payments, and bank reconciliation
- Track solar equipment inventory (panels, inverters, structures, BOS items) — inward/outward entries, stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with site/procurement teams for material issue and consumption tracking




- Prepare MIS reports: cash flow, stock statements, payment status
- Maintain invoicing, e-way bills, and documentation for material dispatch

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting
- 1–3 years' experience in accounts, preferably with inventory handling
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, GST/TDS filing
- Experience in EPC, construction, or manufacturing sector inventory preferred
