- Oversee and manage the accounting and compliance team, ensuring their skill development through training and supervision.
- Implement systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.
- Independently prepare and file various tax returns, including GST and TDS
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Coordinate semi-annual audits and actively participate in the audit process under the guidance of the CFO.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and accounting principles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve accounting issues.




- Effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
