Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting work.
- Make Purchase, Sales, Payment and Receipt entries.
- Maintain Customer and Vendor ledgers.
- Handle GST and TDS work.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
- Check invoices and accounting documents.
- Follow up on customer outstanding and vendor payments.
- Maintain proper accounting records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production and Dispatch departments.
- Assist in audit and other accounting-related work.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Valuable understanding of basic accounting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate
- 1 to 2–years of Accounts experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial company preferred.
- Candidate should be able to handle routine accounting work independently.
