We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, GST compliance, invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes and payment vouchers.
- Handle GST accounting, GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank, customer and supplier ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Follow up for outstanding customer payments.
- Verify purchase bills, expenses and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly outstanding, receivable/payable and expense reports.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and vendors whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Support management with accounting and financial information.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing and ledger reconciliation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting work.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, machinery, EPC, water-treatment or industrial-equipment company will be an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience and capability.
