Post: Accountant

Location : Shyamal Cross Road,

Experience : 2 to 3 years

 Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns

(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, etc.).

 Perform GST reconciliation with books of accounts and the

GST portal.

 Verify Input Tax Credit (ITC) and resolve mismatches.

 Ensure compliance with all GST laws and statutory regulations.

 Handle GST notices, assessments, and departmental queries.

 Maintain GST records and documentation for audits.

Accounting

 Record daily accounting transactions in ERP/Tally.

 Prepare purchase, sales, and expense entries.

 Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.

 Maintain accurate books of accounts.

Taxation & Compliance

 Coordinate with CA and auditors for GST and statutory audits.

 Ensure timely payment of GST liabilities.

 Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Reporting

 Prepare monthly GST reports and MIS.

 Generate financial and tax-related reports for management.





 Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills  Strong knowledge of GST laws and compliance.

 Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or any accounting software.

 Good understanding of accounting principles.

 Proficiency in MS Excel.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Attention to detail and accuracy.

 Positive communication and coordination skills.

Experience  B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in GST and Accounting..

Preferred Candidate

Profile

 Hands-on experience in GST filing and reconciliations.

 Experience in trading, retail, or wholesale industry will be preferred.

 Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
