Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations at our mid-scale business hotel. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel accounting and sound knowledge of statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting entries and ledgers
- Handle vendor payments and purchase verification
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash handling
- Prepare GST, TDS, and statutory compliance reports
- Generate corporate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate with Front Office for guest billing verification
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Maintain proper documentation for audits

Eligibility Criteria:





- B.Com / M.Com (Commerce background mandatory)
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel accounts preferred
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience).
