We're looking for an Account Manager to own our existing brand client relationships — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, clients stay happy, and accounts renew month after month. This is a retention and delivery role, not a sales role.

Your success is measured by client satisfaction and recurring revenue. What You'll Do:✅ Own relationships with existing brand clients — communication, campaign updates, reviews, and renewals✅ Act as the bridge between clients and our influencer operations team — brief clearly, track progress, ensure on-time delivery✅ Monitor campaign execution and flag risks before they become client problems✅ Handle client concerns proactively with transparent, honest communication✅ Share campaign reports with insights and next steps, not just numbers✅ Drive renewals and repeat campaigns,
