Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the complete Accounts & Finance function, including end-to-end Indian accounting, team handling, budgeting, taxation, financial reporting, cash flow, compliance, and Fund planning .

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete accounting operations, including sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, and month/year-end closing.

Lead, guide, and review the work of the Accounts team.

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, cost control, and budget vs. actual analysis.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, vendor payments, and customer collections.

Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS, and other financial reports.





Ensure proper internal controls, reconciliations, documentation, and accounting accuracy.

Improve accounting processes, implement SOPs, and support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, audits, team handling, and accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
