Account Management Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication.

- Understand client business goals and identify growth opportunities.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

- Conduct regular business reviews and account health checks.

- Drive account renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and business challenges.

- Conduct discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution documents.

- Work closely with technical teams to design suitable solutions.

- Deliver product demonstrations and client presentations.

- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents.

- Estimate project scope, effort, timelines, and pricing.

- Support the sales team during negotiations and deal closures.
