Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The role involves managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting sales processes from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. Daily tasks include presenting products and services, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams for order processing, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

The Account

Executive will also track sales performance, gather customer feedback, and support promotional activities in the showroom or office.



Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to company service standards are essential to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build trust.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in presenting offerings, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Basic proficiency with office software and CRM tools for maintaining records, preparing reports, and tracking sales activities.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow up consistently, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge or interest in the automotive sector, including familiarity with vehicle accessories, services, or related products.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a rapid-paced retail or showroom environment.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
