ey Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accounts across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
- Verify orders, payments, invoices, returns, refunds, and marketplace settlements.
- Reconcile marketplace transactions with accounting records and bank statements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Handle GST-related accounting entries and ensure proper documentation for GST compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting and reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace support teams to resolve account-related discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding payments, deductions, commissions, and other marketplace adjustments.
- Assist in month-end closing and routine accounting activities.
- Identify discrepancies in marketplace settlements and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, reports, and other financial documents.

E-commerce Platforms Experience with any of the following platforms will be an advantage:

Amazon | Flipkart | Myntra | Shopify

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.




- Basic to good knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with e-commerce portals and accounting software will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Candidates with relevant experience in e-commerce accounting, marketplace reconciliation, or settlements will be preferred.
