Account / Finance Executive Company: Agriculture / Agri-Food Company Location: Delhi- Corporate Office Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Finance & Accounts Industry: Agriculture / Agri-Food / FMCG About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account / Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, financial transactions, documentation, and compliance activities for our growing agriculture business.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents. Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance with support from consultants/management.

Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports. Monitor customer outstanding and vendor payments. Maintain proper documentation of purchase and sales transactions. Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal teams.

Support inventory and stock-related accounting and reconciliation.



Assist management in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting records.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance. Good knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software and MS Excel.Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation, and basic taxation. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information. Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience in Agriculture, Agri-Food, FMCG, Manufacturing, Trading, or Food Processing will be an added advantage.
