ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner.

- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

- Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments received.

- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

- Maintain accurate aging reports and escalate overdue accounts as per company policy.

- Process credit memos and Debit Memo where applicable.

- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams for any billing issues or disputes.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts receivable reports.

- Prepare MIS Reports related to Sales

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Should be a graduate with 1-2 years of experience in accounts.





- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices, standards and laws and regulations

- Working knowledge of GST

- Knowledge of TDS and TCS provisions

- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close

- Excellent organisation and administrative skills with attention to detail

- Thorough working knowledge of MS Excel skills, including Vlookup and pivot table, and accounting software like Tally Prime

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
