Accountant & Project Finance Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Project Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, reconciliations, and project costing. The candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel, capable of independently managing accounting operations, and confident in coordinating with auditors, vendors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, and financial records.
- Handle GST and TDS compliance, including calculations, reconciliations, filings, and documentation.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, expense statements, and management reports.
- Track project-wise costs, budgets, expenses, billing, receivables, and profitability.
- Support project teams with cost monitoring, financial analysis, and budget tracking.




- Manage accounts payable and receivable and monitor outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Support month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution and accurate financial records.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Robust understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Experience with project costing or project-based accounting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in technology, engineering, defence, infrastructure, consulting, or project-based organisations will be an advantage.
