About Tymeline
Enterprises are handing real work to AI agents — approving spend, touching customer data, executing transactions across company lines — faster than anyone can answer a basic question: who did what, and can you prove it? Today the answer is a log file that anyone with admin access could have edited. That doesn't survive an audit, an insurance claim, or a dispute between partners.
Tymeline is the trust layer that fixes this. We give every agent a cryptographically bound identity and record its actions on tamper-evident ledgers, producing receipts that auditors, insurers, and counterparties can independently verify. We're not another agent platform competing on integrations we're the neutral infrastructure the agent economy settles on.
We're an early-stage company headquartered in Austin, with teams in Bengaluru and London. Joining now means helping define a category, not optimizing someone else's playbook.
The Role
You will own a focused list of named enterprise accounts and get us meetings with the people who matter inside them. This is depth work, not volume work. For each account, you'll get to the bottom of the business: what's changing inside it, who owns the problem we solve, who influences the decision, and what would make them take a meeting this quarter. Then you'll work the account from every angle — personalized outreach across the buying committee, events, warm paths, disciplined follow-up — until the door opens. You'll build the account list with the founders and carry the assets sales needs to convert.
You will be measured on one thing above all: qualified meetings at target accounts that turn into pipeline. This is a hands-on execution role: you'll research the accounts yourself, write the messages yourself, and chase down the meetings yourself.
What You'll Do
- Build and own a focused target account list with the founders — tens of accounts, not thousands — with a point of view on why each one should buy and where the first meeting should come from
- Work each account holistically: multi-thread across the buying committee rather than betting on one contact, combining LinkedIn, personalized email, events, warm introductions, and direct executive outreach until the door opens
- Build messaging tailored to each role in the buying committee and iterate based on what earns replies and meetings
- Research accounts by hand: map org charts and buying committees, track hiring, funding, regulatory, and audit signals, and work out the right person and the right moment for every outreach
- Run outbound yourself: personalized emails and LinkedIn messages written one at a time for priority accounts, relentless on-time follow-up, and qualified meetings booked and handed off cleanly to founder-led sales — becoming, over time, a playbook the first SDR hires can run
- Produce sales enablement assets that move deals: battlecards, one-pagers, ROI narratives, objection-handling guides, and account briefs for Tier 1 pursuits
- Keep a simple, clean operating setup — CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email — enough tooling to stay organized, not a platform to hide behind
- Report weekly on the metrics that matter: target-account engagement, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, pipeline dollars sourced and influenced, and cost per prospect
- Run structured experiments on channels, messaging, and offers; kill what doesn't work quickly
What You Bring
- 3–6 years in enterprise B2B outbound, sales development, ABM, or demand generation with direct, provable pipeline ownership (be ready to talk numbers)
- Experience marketing or selling into enterprise buying committees with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Genuine curiosity about how enterprises work: you enjoy untangling an org chart, reading between the lines of an earnings call or a regulatory filing, and forming a thesis on why a specific company needs us now
- A bias for manual graft over automation: you'd rather send twenty researched, personalized messages than two thousand templated ones — and your reply and meeting rates prove it
- Tight, economical writing: short messages where every line earns its place — credible to technical evaluators and executive buyers alike, with zero filler
- Airtight follow-up: every touch logged, every commitment kept, every thread picked back up on time — no account goes quiet because you dropped the ball
- Comfort with deeply technical products (infrastructure, security, identity, or AI/ML) and the ability to get conversant in AI governance fast
- A builder's mindset: you've operated with ambiguity, limited resources, and full accountability for outcomes
- Set up to work remotely with a distributed team, including a few hours of regular overlap with US time zones for campaign coordination and prospect-facing work
Nice to Have
- Experience opening doors with skeptical, hard-to-reach enterprise buyers
- First or early marketing hire at a seed/Series A startup
- Familiarity with the AI agent and enterprise infrastructure landscape
- Field/event-based ABM experience (executive dinners, conference account plays)
