? What you’ll do:

Student Experience

✨ Mentor and counsel students through study plans, roadmaps, and regular check-ins

✨ Provide support via WhatsApp, calls, and doubt-solving sessions

✨ Organise tests and mock exams, track student performance, and maintain reports

✨ Proactively resolve student concerns, including dissatisfaction, quality issues, and refunds

Content & Academics

? Define the “Zell Way” learning outcomes, concepts, and curriculum framework

? Collaborate with faculty to deliver high-quality instruction and step in when required

? Create engaging LMS and YouTube content to enhance student learning and strengthen our brand





? Lead demo sessions and contribute to cross-functional content development

Faculty Management

? Manage and align faculty expectations, responsibilities, and roles

✅ Monitor session quality through manual and automated quality checks

? Support the sourcing, onboarding, and training of new faculty members
