About the Role

We’re looking for confident and result-oriented Academic Counselors to connect with students and parents, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students & parents on courses and career options
- Handle leads through calls, walk-ins & follow-ups
- Conduct outbound calls and generate admissions
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain student records and achieve monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

- Any Graduate




- 0–3 years experience in Academic/Admission/Student Counseling
- Education/EdTech experience preferred/mandatory
- Excellent English & Tamil communication
- Strong persuasion, follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
