Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counsellor Executive role based in Bengaluru, with a salary range of approximately 35,000–40,000+ INR in hand.

The Academic Counsellor

Executive will guide prospective and current students on educational pathways, programs, and career options, ensuring they make informed decisions aligned with their goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining course structures and admission processes, maintaining accurate student records, and following up with leads and enquiries. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to coordinate orientations, workshops, and information sessions, as well as preparing reports on student engagement and conversion.



The position requires consistent interaction with students and families, both in person and via phone or online channels, while upholding a professional and supportive environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners in making informed educational choices.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with students, families, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling and Education-related knowledge to align academic plans with long-term professional goals.
- Relevant experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education services is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Management, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools) and comfort with phone and online communication platforms.
- Fluency in English and local languages, with a respectful and inclusive approach towards individuals from diverse backgrounds.
