Role Description The Academic Counsellor will serve as a primary point of contact for NEET aspirants, providing guidance on course selection, study plans, and preparation strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, understanding individual academic goals, recommending suitable PrepMed NEET programs, and tracking student progress.

The role also involves coordinating with faculty and support teams,



addressing student and parent queries, and supporting enrollment and retention through clear, empathetic communication. This is a full time, in office role based in Baharampur

Qualifications

- Strong student counseling and academic advising skills, with the ability to support NEET aspirants in their learning journey.
- Career counseling and education-related expertise to guide learners on long-term academic and professional pathways.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and empathetic approach to interacting with students and families.
- Previous experience in academic counseling, coaching, or education services, preferably in entrance exam preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in maintaining student records and follow-ups.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and collaborating with cross-functional academic and operations teams.
- Familiarity with NEET syllabus and exam patterns is highly desirable.
