About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and communication-savvy Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will interact with prospective students and parents, understand their career interests,

provide appropriate course guidance, and convert enquiries into admissions. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in counselling, sales, education and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Understand students' career goals, interests, educational background and requirements.
- Explain available courses, curriculum, career opportunities, duration, fees and admission process.
- Provide one-to-one academic and career counselling to prospective students.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper communication until admission.
- Convert qualified enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain and update lead/enquiry records and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with academic and management teams regarding admissions and student requirements.
- Invite prospective students for campus visits, counselling sessions, seminars and workshops.
- Participate in school/college seminars, career counselling sessions and promotional activities when

required.
- Achieve assigned monthly counselling, follow-up and admission targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with students, parents and prospects.
- Stay updated about the institute's courses, industry trends and career opportunities.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Good Hindi/Punjabi communication; basic English communication preferred.
- Strong convincing and presentation skills.




- Good listening and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn about Animation, VFX, Gaming, Web, Graphics, Filmmaking, Architecture, Digital

Marketing and other creative/technology courses.

Eligibility

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates from BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, Mass Communication, Psychology, Education or

related backgrounds can apply.
- Prior counselling, telecalling or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
