Job Summary

QuadCrag is seeking a dedicated and organized Academic Coordinator to oversee academic operations, coordinate with colleges and students, and ensure the successful execution of training programs, workshops, and educational initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills with a passion for education and student development.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage academic programs, training sessions, seminars, and workshops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Schedule and organize academic events, guest lectures, and certification programs.
- Coordinate with trainers, faculty members, and students to ensure smooth program execution.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and program completion.
- Prepare academic schedules, training calendars, and event plans.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle student queries and provide academic support throughout the program.
- Coordinate placement activities and industry interaction programs.
- Ensure timely communication with students, trainers, and college authorities.




- Assist in curriculum planning and continuous improvement of academic programs.
- Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to support educational initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- 1 year of experience as an Academic Coordinator, Training Coordinator, Student Coordinator, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage academic schedules.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for college visits and academic events when required.
