Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid 3D Visualizer role based in Chhattisgarh, India. The 3D Visualizer will create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for residential and commercial architectural projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting architectural drawings, developing detailed visual concepts, setting up lighting and materials in visualization software, and producing realistic images and walkthroughs for client presentations. The role involves close collaboration with architects and designers to refine design intent, iterate visuals based on feedback, and ensure consistency with project specifications and timelines.



The 3D Visualizer will also support the team by preparing graphics for proposals, marketing materials, and design reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Visualization skills, including 3D modeling, rendering, and architectural visualization.
- Candidates should possess Graphics and Graphic Design skills for creating visual presentations, layouts, and project documentation.
- Candidates should possess Lighting skills to set up realistic interior and exterior lighting for renders and animations.
- Candidates should possess Drawing skills for interpreting architectural plans and producing concept sketches or diagrams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar) is preferred.
- Familiarity with image-editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative studio setting.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is advantageous; prior experience as a 3D visualizer or similar role is preferred.
